Help DeCode These Numbers
My 72 GMC 1500 LWB 350/350 has a number on the front of the motor on the passanger side. It reads V0516TDJ. Just wondering if someone could shed some light on my motor. Is it a 4 bolt, etc.? Is it an ok motor to build up a bit? Mabe an RV cam etc.?

TDJ is 175hp(net) 350, 95% chance of 4 bolt mains(check the cating number on back top of motor) and was with turbo hydra tranny, you wont find any better of a block than these.
