Help I need parts for C50 Chevy

Hello everyone,

Can someone point me in the direction to get front fenders for a 1970 C 50 chevy? I have tried hemmings motor news no luck. I have called every state in the country looking for theses fenders and even drove 6 hrs into the hillbilly, my brother is my father parts of maine to look at a truck during a snow storm to find the trucks where junk. So please help if you know where I may find good fenders.

Thank you,

T. Matthews

Man, I just sent one for scrap about 2 months ago, I'll check at the yard and see if it is still there. Where are you located?

Which style you looking for? Are the front lower edges of the doors cut off, or are they like our doors?

C 50

T.

There's a savage yard in Haverhill Ma. that has a few of the c-50's.
(Tonys' used auto parts 978-372-8361) You could try giving them a call. It's been a few months since I've been there, and I never really looked at the fenders close to see what shape they were in. If they say they have some in good shape I might be able to stop by and look at them for you.

Welcome to the board!

Best bet is to look for a member in the southern states that can get you some. I remember walking past many in my trips to the area salvage yards. Better get all your parts now, because the scrap price of metal is so high right now, a yard can make a few bucks sending these to the crusher.

I was going to suggest the area that tnblazerK5 is from. Southwestern VA/eastern KY/ Tenn. My grandfather drove a coal truck for a living. Those trucks were everywhere. I bet you can find them there. The guy that my grandfather worked for had 20 or so of them and he was just one owner. Who knows maybe there not all rotted away. Good Luck

C-50 Front Fenders

I have a passenger side front fender for 1968-72 Chevy C-50 / C-60. It was a NOS fender that was painted and maybe never mounted. It still has the GM parts number sticker on the inside. !00% rust free. Paint has scratches from being moved around my shop over the years. $125 plus shipping. I also have a NOS 1967 Chevy C-50 / C-60 passenger front fender (no side marker lens opening) in original GM black primer. $175 plus shipping. If you are interested, I can send photos if you give me your e-mail address. Thanks,

That's why I would be investigating that NOS fender. NOS means it's brand new and never been installed on anything. That could be the real deal there!

Nice truck.......yes mine looks like that although it appears that you fenders are more flared like the ones that where on the C-60 follow link to look at mine. I 'm in real need of fenders. The picture was a while ago.
