454SS on 'bags??
I have a 1990 454SS that I'm looking to drop on the ground.. Maybe a 5-7 drop? Problem is I've never done anything with airbags outside of heavy trucks. I'm wondering how hard this is and just hjow involved it is. If anyone could steer me toward some part numbers for a SS chassis that would be great.. I know the suspension is more heavy duty than the single cab short bed but they'd be changed anyway. But I guess what I'm getting at is... Has anyone ever done this on a 454SS? Does the engine size change the way mods have to be done? Thanks in advance.

Does a kit exist that includes everything? Including the spindles, drop arms, frame notches, 4 link setup, compressor, tank, lines, controller... Etc..

He was in the past. Currently his company is undergoing major revisions. I suggest using our Forum Vendors products instead.

Re: 454SS on 'bags??
Kp stuf will work great and slam bags will definatly handle the wheight.Youll just need the same stuff as any of the obs"88-98" ck stuff.Make sure you get the 88-94 spindles though.
heres my 88 Im running a two link on it with tubular arms and slam bags. |
