Bump Stop Question

I am rebuilding the front end on my 68 LWB. I am using the stock upper and lower A Arms with CPP 2.5" drop spindles and 2 inch lowering springs.

Question is, do I need to remove the stock bump stop bracket and replace it with something different? If so, what do I replace it with?

Re: Bump Stop Question

Go to the search box and enter "lower control arm bumpstop" and click the 67-72 box. You will find lots of posts about this.

Re: Bump Stop Question

I put in 3" drop springs with my stock spindles and didn't even need to cut mine. all good.
