3 speed to 4 speed?

My truck is a 1969. 250 six 3 on the tree. I would like to swap out a 4 speed and am wondering is anyone knows if any would be a direct swap?

Maybe a saginaw?

Any ideas?

It depends if you are talking about a truck 4 speed or a car 4 speed...

Re: 3 speed to 4 speed?

If you go with a truck 4 speed you,ll need a hi-hump floor and if you go with a car 4 speed you,ll have to go bucket seats as the shifter is moved back.
