i'm understanding that there are differences between the 67/68 & 69 up mounts in half ton. but what about 3/4 tons? the catalogs don't seem to differentiate between years on the 3/4 tons. are the 3/4 and 4x4 the same across all years?

no difference between years, just 2 wheel drive 1/2 ton, and all others.
