2002 Silverado Rear Rotor PRoBlem"HELP"

Buddy of mine grabbed the slotted and drilled brake rotor kit that was purchased for my 2003 Suburban. He has a 2002 silverado. The fronts went right on, but the rears are smaller than the suburban. He tried the caliber from a suburban but the parking break wont work with that setup. Is there something we're missing here??.... we are both stuck

help
