Air Bag Tank Spare Tire

Has anyone used there spare tire as a air bag tank?
Would this work? put a tube in the tire and use a heavy duty rim and tire.

Re: Air Bag Tank Spare Tire

If your talking for air ride DONT DO IT..air ride works on between 120 and 150 lbs....I'm thinkinking of building some long tubes about 3" by as long as I can for storage inside the frame rail

Re: Air Bag Tank Spare Tire

Your spare tire is not a good choice for the PSI and volume need to supply your airbags. Air tanks are cheap, so you may as well do it right.
