short step rear bumper brackets

Anyone know who carries them having trouble finding them on GMC Pauls, LMC, or brothers site. Thanks my local supplier claims no one carries them.

Re: short step rear bumper brackets

Brackets are the same as fleetside, it's just the pans that are different. I am referring to a truck with a coil spring rear.

Re: short step rear bumper brackets

Reason I thought they were different is because they list the other yr models with their own brackets. Are the sports bumpers all the same too?

Goodmark Inustries lists 2 different ones, the only difference being whether you have trailing arms or leaf springs.

Re: short step rear bumper brackets

I got my rear bumper bracket set for my 72 chevy pick up stepside from truckandcarshop located in california. They fit great, straight bolt on.

Re: short step rear bumper brackets

The sport bumper is different between step and fleet, but same for all years 67-72. As mentioned I think the only difference in tthe rear brackets is whether you have leaf or coil spring rear.
