The front large cab mount bolts are torqued to 50 lb./ft. The rear cab mount bolts are torqued to 20 lb./ft.

The torque values are out of the 72 Overhaul manual and apply to the 10-30 trucks.

New snow plow?

Thanks Jim. Same specs as you gave me the last time. I ASSumed the 3/4 ton might had been different, so thanks again.

Same old truck, I just got a wild hair and decided I wanted to get her road legal. It started with an HEI conversion, migrated to rebuilding the entire front end (ball joints, bearings, tie rod ends, etc), new brakes all around, new rear wheel bearings, new ebrake components, exhaust, tires, wiring, and finally rebuilding the cab floor, supports, rockets, and all. Still looks just like the pic below though. Not going to polish this turd.

Jeff,

It looks like your truck is ready to go. We have had a lot of snow and I assumed that it was headed your way.

I am converting a Blazer frame into a short truck for plowing as my long bed is hard to manuever in tight places. I will post a pic of it next year when it is finished.

Nothing makes tighter turns then Blazers---I think I can make a u turn in my GARAGE!!
