AC question
I have a pretty much base model 72 C10 with no AC, power brakes, etc. It's a short wheel base fleetside with a pretty decent body. Only rust on it is in the rockers and wheel arches on the bed.
I picked up a donor 72 lwb Cheyenne today that's got all the options, but the body is trash. I looked for thread on this, but haven't found one yet. How hard would it be to convert my non AC cab to AC? Thanks guys. Last edited by MikeW72; 05-12-2007 at 10:05 PM. |

I think you need to do a search here for Vintage Air.... and go with a under-dash unit.

I did a few more searches in the old threads and found some good info on this. With the firewall mods required and the fact that the AC on my donor hasn't worked in years, I think it would probably be better/easier/cheaper to go with Vintage Air.
I might have some some factory A/C parts available shortly
