im needing a steering coupler for my 69 gmc 4x4, or info on a correct one or where to get one. gonna need the bolt also. i hate when mis-place parts

I bought mine from rockauto, for my 72 4x4. I also bought a new steering box though, and bought the one recommended for the box.

Hey Paul, per your pm'd request I went out and checked some power steering boxes out. Found this one that matched your box casting number, was removed from a 70 K/20, will sell you the used rag joint off the 4wd box for $25. or we can also supply the p/s rag joint in new repro for $35., shipping will run you $7. on either one. Will post/list this 71-72 4wd throttle cable in your other WTB thread, if you decide that you want it we will combine ship the two items together. Let me know, Mel.

thanx mel, i love the detailed pics as always! i figured the best way was to get the cast# off the box. its new from napa, whats the odds getting the same cast # back! i will take all 3 items, pm payment details

Paul- the 7802644 cast # housing was the same for 4x2 or 4x4. I have a nos 7802644 cast# housing and probably a rag joint. I'll look by thursday. I sold my last project, so I have stuff to move. Thanks, Dan
