Before and After Retractor Boots and Buckles

Here's a before and after pic of my belt retractor boots and buckles. I used Rustoleum Black Paint For Plastic. A little soap and water washing then drying and this paint went on really nice. By the weekend, I will RIT Dye the belts. I'll post pics after they are done

Re: Before and After Retractor Boots and Buckles

I have a nice spare set of blue seat belts I may try that on . I will skip the dye for the belts and just get new webbing put in .Thanks for posting that .I can also clean my original black ones when the body shop has time to remove them and see how they clean up.

Other than color, my belt webbing is in really good condition and I hear that using the RIT Dye works out really good. I picked up (2) packs of Black RIT Dye. According to the manufacturer, the stove top method should work out great. I'll find out over the weekend.
