'86 C10 window motor / regulator

Hi all,
The drivers window motor has died in my '86 Silverado and I'm wondering if all 73-87 trucks are the same or is there a change on various years?
I'm going to try and source a used one, or complete reg/motor assembly, as getting a new one from the US, although cheap to buy, is horrific on the shipping for me over here.
Any advice on what'll fit will be gratefully received
Thanks, Phil.

I would search a parts supplier website like Rock Auto and enter different model year trucks, like 73 and 87 separately, to see if you get a different part number. Have you tried the usual sources for Delco/GM OEM parts to check their shipping? I use:
autopartstomorrow.com
oehq.com
oewarehouse.com
gmpartsdirect.com
Or even ebay, amazon, but I would stick with OEM new parts - I would not spend any money on 30 year old electronic parts or any moving parts.

a manual one will fit till you get the right one
it's like four or so bolts and it will come out with the crank part and the motor
might be worth checking the wires too, they crack in the flexing tube in the door

I got a replacement motor from autozone with a life time guarantee for $20 I think it was about an hour to change it out
