New Guy Here with a Disc Brake Conversion Question

Hello All,

I have a 1967 C-10 that I am looking to lower and add front disc brakes to. I am wondering what company out there sells a kit that is all USA made and not made up of Chinese parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: New Guy Here with a Disc Brake Conversion Question

Not gonna happen my brotha'! I'm not positive, but I think Wilwood and Baer make their rotors and calipers here, but the spindles will almost always be of foreign origin. Springs might be domestically made from outfits like Hotchkis, but the more budget stuff will most likely be Indian or Chinese.
It's sad that we were once the worlds foremost manufacturer of almost everything and now we have to import parts from China to build our military weapons and systems.
