Driveshaft yoke leak
Ok my yoke is leaking if you thing this can't happen seeing is beliving I will put pics up soon will not alow me on the phone by the how about an android app Ok after a little research I heard putting appox on it will seal it up now the question I have is the how to believe me if I didnt my luck I would be replacing the driveshaft after I screw it up I'm asking one should I take it down two do I just place it down the yoke from the top or should I pack it in from the back or something thanks for the help

There should be internal seals that stop this problem but typically more painfull to do.
Just some epoxy or quick steel over the weep hole and you should be good to go Posted via Mobile Device

I've had the same leak for a while now..Only leaks after sitting for about week.Then it looses about a quart. The guy at the tranny shop told me to cover a small round piece of cardboard with RTV on both sides and slip it in place inside the yoke. Sounds a little ghetto to me.. Had not leaked in a long time because I have been driving it a lot, so when I put my new aluminum driveshaft in (out of a crown vic police car), I forgot all about it. Last week puddle again.

I welded mine... but a good cleaning and jb weld or equivalent would also work. It's not a problem, you're just missing seals in the tail housing of the tranny, that typically go bad and are crap anyway.
