Re: project body drop
Check the suspension drop and look for Camaro_Thunder's thread on his truck. He's BD'd.

Re: project body drop
well i don't know what you got, but i can tell you i body droped mine 3" my self and it is very easy if you have a bed with a wood floor. i did not z my frame. all i had to do was cut the floor out of the cab and raise it up about 2" just the part that goes over the frame rails. I had to move all the cab mounts down on the fram the rear ones a full 3" and the front ones id have to mesure becuas i have forgotten. I did have some custom front cab supports made so that i would not have to move the front ones down as far. they cost me nothing since my brother inlaw works at a fab shop. they would be easy to reproduce. the bed is just a matter of takeing out the wood floor and flipping the bed supports over to the top. and the only cutting of the frame is the front 6in or so. i cut it right before the core support brackets and moved it down 3 in so that the front would be down. doing this will lower down the front body panles with out takeing any strength out of the frame. i can get you some pics but i won't be home till july 10th so youll have to wait. with that and a suspension drop my rockers are about 6in off the ground and the tops of the tires are just covered thats with 15s i could probably tuck and in or 2 with 20s. it basicly looks like a bagged truck aired out but it rides there comfortable...
