It's alive!

I took the semi completed truck for a drive today. No bed, no fenders, no grille, no hood, no doors, no seat, no windshield, and missing a few other critical parts...oh yeah, and no exhaust!

Yes that is a five gallon bucket I'm sitting on.

Awesome, so how far did you get? Run into any Cops? I'd love to hear you try to explain to them why you were driving it.

I live on a dead end street, so I didn't go out on the main road. I was thinking of how many tickets I would get, if the cop wasn't a chevy truck fan. The next time I drive it will be onto a trailer and off to the muffler shop.

LOL, I love it...that made me crack up. I can't wait to do the same thing! I'm glad someone mentioned the lawn chair because I was planning on my old trusty bucket too.

HaHaHa, that's just too cool , minibike !!!! Sure brings back memories from the 72 i built in high school. Only it was my mom shaking her head back then. Hey i'm gonna have to go see that truck sometime, i'm about 15 miles from Lafayette !!!

Oh, if you really want to impress the wife, frame the pic and hang it next to all the family portraits, but only after enlarging it to umm.... 16x20 !!!

Priceless pic !!!!!

I think you need to cut a couple of inches off that "bucket" seat. It might be restricting your vision. I guess you just couldn't wait to drive your truck, eh? What a hoot!

My brother-in-law has a 69 Cougar he bought in high school. He looked everywhere for a very specific Coug (had to be 351, A/C, manual, limited slip, etc etc). He finally found one in Missoula (about 200 miles or so). The car had no front seats so he drove it all the way back propped up on a milk crate.

Without all that weight I bet you would have a good 1/4 time! Might want to fasten the bucket down first.
