Int Door Panels and Seats
Does anyone know if the 72-style door panels will line up with 67 door holes and handles? Any problems with using 72s on the 67?
Also, if someone has installed bucket seats (or similar) in their 67-72, please let me know what they were from. I have heard van seats go well, but I would like to hear from someone who has actually done it, see what fits well, and maybe get some pics. Thanks Guys, Poe 67 Chevy Owner Trying to restore it or fix it up a bit |

They will line up but the 72 style door panel requires a longer window crank shaft. Also, the '72 used push in clips at the bottom of the door panel and had round holes in door while the 67-71 had screws at the bottom of the door panel and the door had a threaded nut welded in a square hole.
Would need to make modifications for it to work.

I have done it, its works fine, I got the fasteners from a big rack of fasteners they had at an auto discount store. The vinyl 72 are much nicer imo. It was harder changing the window and door cranks, but not too bad.
