c30 door mirrors

Does anyone know if the c30 dually used a different style door mirror than the c10 and c20 used? The holes in my doors are in a triangle pattern like the c10 except the lower hole is approx 1 to 2 inches lower than the 3 hole mirrors used on a c10. The 2 top holes do line up with a c10 mirror. thanks for any help you may provide.

Re: c30 door mirrors

I am not sure, but I think they all had the same mirrors available.

I had sport mirrors on '72 GMC 3/4 ton.

My '71 C-10 has the tri-pod mirrors.

I have seen others with the West Coast style mirrors.

Maybe some one else will chime in with more info.

Re: c30 door mirrors

On a lot of trucks the mirrors seem to be a dealer installed item.I think it may have been due to the fact that different beds, boxes and such could require different widths. It was probably more common on the larger trucks.

Re: c30 door mirrors

It depends on what year the trucks you`re talking about are.Is the C/10 also a `70 or a`69?71/72 tri=pod mirroes bolt up different than 69/70.They are different mirrors.Could that be the difference?
