The visors are in vgc. with two small indentions on one visor from a visor mirror but it is not that bad. the arm rest is in vgc with no cracks and one rear view mirror cover. 40.00 shipped

I assume that is Very Good Condition (vgc)? Not a color I need, so here is a bumpity bump!

I don't need the arm rest, but would you take $35 for the lot shipped to Greer, SC, 29650? There are no tears or threads missing from the visors, correct?
