Wiw 69 K10
I found somthing else im interested in, so i was gonna see if there would be any intrest in my 69 k10 project. i bought the chassis from wugunguy a month or so ago
1969 K10 rolling chassis... dana 44 and 12 bolt NO t-case motor/ or trans has 6 cyl engine crossmember and i think it had a T221 and a SM465, those crossmembers are there i have driveshafts has a decent box, not much rust at all just some damage on the pass side from a blowout. the cab is from my 71 bigblock cheyenne, its an a/c cab, has the floor oppening already for the t-case, no rusr in the roof/ windshield area... but needs rockers and cab corners, and the outer parts of the cab mounts are rusty... definately not as bad as most around here. the front clips isnt to bad, it does have some rust in the inner fenders, but the rad. support it preety good and the fenders are ok. it has some fairly decent doors on it with 69 scroll door panels. i do have the title |

Re: Wiw 69 K10
hard to tell but with no drivetrain I wouldn't pay more than $1,000 for it.

Re: Wiw 69 K10
heres some pics...
i have a rear slider and front glass, a stock gas tank, LOTS of misc. interior parts, visors, steering column, gauge cluster, the a/c wiring harness is still in there, i have ALL the a/c stuff. the rims and tires are preety good, newer 15x8 rallys with 31x10.5 BFG long trail's i just mounted them up and balanced them with new valvestems. the rust isnt to bad on the passenger side of the cab, but it does need rockers and cab corners, and a bit of floor work on the drivers side. the windshield area is good (why i pulled the glass) the fenders are pretty good, no rot in the fron cup or the lower part at all, the radiator support is solid even under the battery tray, but the inner fenders have a little rust, but are still useable. and as i said i have the title... so whats it worth? |

Re: Wiw 69 K10
Too bad you weren't closer,or there was someone coming from your place to mine. I'd like to have that for a future truck (behind about 4 others)
I'd probably give $300-400 or so for it..I've bought running 67-72 4wds 95% complete for $550. Last edited by 1969k10stepside; 11-10-2007 at 10:24 PM. |

Re: Wiw 69 K10
i wont part it, i want to get it together enough to just make a beater 4x4 out of it and USE it as a truck, but i have some other projects that i'd like to finish.
i really dont know what i'd like to get for it, i know i could get it up and running for around 500$ but i should spend it on my 71 k10 instead |
