Porterbuilt Direct

Through Porterbuilt Direct, we will be expanding our product line, and offering these products to forum members at a discounted price, but with the same quality Porterbuilt customer service! We will also begin running "monthly specials" on select Porterbuilt products. Let us know if there are any specials you would like to see and we will see what we can do!

Thanks,
- Porterbuilt Direct

Originally we made the rear panels in 3 pieces (the middle and then two ends), but have since switched to 5 pieces. It makes the two end capes easier to install that way. The main panel bolts in at the bottom using bosses in the floor where the fuel tank mmounts used to be.

Keep in mind, we don't provide any mounting hardware. It isn't difficult to install, but will require you to make some mounting provisions.

Here's another member who is installing them (post# 145):

American Pastimes is a business out of California that buys and re-sells some of our parts.... just like many other companies. They are not a part of Porterbuilt.

On the other hand, "Porterbuilt Direct" is a part of Porterbuilt, and it's specific purpose and intent is to assist me in the on-line marketing and on-line sales. It's just a name I liked, and figured it would help differentiate between my personal username.

In the past, I have not personally been able to spend the appropriate amount of time to focus on the on-line marketing/sales. I have done a prettyy good job keeping up with answering questions on the forums, via e-mail, through text messages, and call-backs.

In an effort to market my products on-line, and also other companies products that we sell, I figured now was a good time to get some more help and focus on the on-line marketing. We will also be running ads in the magazines and will begin attending shows as well.

Hopefully this answers your questions, and feel free to ask if there are any more.

Nate

Friendly competition... And your pretty much in control, thats good marketing! Now you can mass produce a few popular things, and move them to vendors.

BTW, is my stuff ready to ship?? Still waiting on the rims, but should be soon.

I think it will work out well... only time will tell.

Just let me know when the wheels are ready, and we will make it so it all arrives at the same time!
