Has anyone tried these seats

I was winderung if anyone has tried these seats. I have found a good deal on them. I want to recover them and discard the headrests. I am getting the measurements to see how they will work but wanted your feedback. Now is where you will need to sit down. These are out of a 02-05 dodge. They look like they should sit level with the back window.

Re: Has anyone tried these seats

The will sit very high in our cabs. They are also wider than our seats. They will fit width wise, but be tight against both doors. I have the same seats in my 2003 Dodge. They are about 3" higher that stock. They would work and be comforatble, but you woun need to shorten the factory set mounts or creat new ones to fit where you conuld drive it.

I have the same basic style, but mine are out of an earlier dodge... but should be ablout the same, If you take off your headrests they should be just perfect with the window

Re: Has anyone tried these seats

Not sure the year you have are the same width as mine, but just a visual.........mine are 4'7" across, and this is how far they sit from the doors when closed.. this is a straight down shot

Re: Has anyone tried these seats

Mine are out of a late 90's dodge. They fit the same as 1LoC10's but I have to tell you it's a good thing i'm skinny b/c this seat does put me pretty close to the steering wheel. Not uncomfortably close but I wouldn't want to be any closer.

Re: Has anyone tried these seats

I thought those look familiar. My 03 Dodge dually has that same seat. They are some big ole seats though and I am a short fat man.
