axle to frame measurement?
Does anyone with a wood lwb fleetside know the measurement between the top of the axle and the bottom of the frame? I am going to be making my own panhard bar and mount and would like to know this because my bed is off right now.

Re: axle to frame measurement?
The reason I cant measure it myself is because there is not the correct amount of weight and I didnt measure before bevause I wasnt planning on doing this. So could someone with their truck parked inside measure this for me?

Re: axle to frame measurement?
Since the ride height is so dependent on spring rate and condition all anyone could give you would be a close maybe number. Probably do better by simply weighting your rear frame down with the 450 LB difference (rear axle) between a chassis cab and a fleetside. An adjustable bar is a really good idea as well. If you are moving the tank that is also a consideration.

Re: axle to frame measurement?
Thanks guys! I was planning on an adjustable panhard, but I was just gonna use this as a baseline. I will get some feed bags and weigh her down and see where the rear end sits from there.
