marker light gas fill

went to the junk yard yesterday and got the filler and door off a 93 s-10. how do i modify the hinge on the door so that it will work with the cut down door?

first you need to tack weld the outer sleeve to inner structure as circled in the picture. next cut it to fit your marker light as pictured.

what year door is that?
the one i got is square and hindges right on the door so i don't think it will work so it looks like i will have to get a different one like yours

yes you need a 95 s10 door. look for the round ones. they'll work but the squares ones won't for this type of install.
