American Racing VN805

Good evening everyone,

I am trying to find some pictures of a 67-72 C10 Fleet running the American Racing VN805 (BLVD) wheels, preferably in chrome. I'm ready to buy wheels and like everyone else, I really like the 5 spoke look on these trucks. The 805's offer the 5 spoke look, but at the same time are different from the TT2's, C5's, 695's, and Rev's. Any help, or links would be greatly appreciated! I've searched and have just about concluded NO ONE HAS THESE WHEELS ON THEIR TRUCKS!

Thanks,
Danny

I really like the 225's too! They look great on the C10's. I have found lots of pictures of C10's running 225's but none with the VN805's. Most images of the wheel itself always seems to show one with almost no "dish", like late model trucks/cars have. I do not want that look!

Purdy. Remind me somewhat of the old school keystone wheels...

Hey! That's great! That's the size rims I want too. I'm going to run 255/45 front and 295/45 rear. Did you get the chrome? I sure would appreciate some pics when you get it all together! Oh, where did you buy them, local or on line?

Look forward to seeing it. I think both wheels are good choices. I couldn't come up with anything for the VN805's on C10's, but I remembered seeing this truck with 225's below somewhere on the forums. Thought I would share.

Re: American Racing VN805

looking forward to some cool pics, my son also was thinking about running these rims. he just isn't sure on what size, backspace etc that he will need yet. guess he will need to do a little more research.

Re: American Racing VN805

That's going to be sharp! What backspacing options, if any, do they offer in those sizes? I'm concerned about the rears mainly. I have the wider rear axle and want the tire as far to the outside as possible without scrubbing. I know a 295/45/18 will be pushing it, but that's what I plan to run out back. Is the bed on yours so you can tell about the backspacing?
