WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

Looking for a nice/decent set of these mirrors (for truck, not van) - the kind with the lower tripod legs that fall ABOVE the upper trim molding. Thanks all.

fyi those are 71-72 below eyeline mirrors, option code DG4. the third leg attaches on the top of the door, as opposed to the side, just below the vent window.

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

I believe these are '72-only. The 69-71s are slightly different. I really like these and they are goin on my '72 when I paint it. They are what came on all* Highlanders,as well.

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

I MAY have a set of these, but I'm not sure what condition they are in. I'll check when I get home tonight. I have three different pairs of tripod mirrors, and I think the smallest set may be like these ones. I'll try to snap a picture for you.

Yup, my Dad's 72 Burb "highlander" had 'em. big 7x10 head for good visibility with the elegant 3 round tube legs so they aren't bulky like towing mirrors. i picked up a near mint set on here a few months back for my 72 Burb C20. the "sport" mirrors just plain SUCK, for lack of a better word!

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

I do have a set, but I don't know that they are what you are looking for. Here's a couple pics, but one has a chrome mirror head and the other one is white. I'll also post a picture of all three of the sets I have. I think I have one of each size laying around.

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

thanks VERY much Tomahawk - I appreciate the pics. I'm gonna hold for some that are all bright aluminum, incl the tripods.

cape and special-k, I've seen highlanders that were C20s with the custom camper package that had the large camper mirrors (not the small tripod) - would these have been dealer add-ons then??

I appreciate the help folks - still looking for some just like the pics in post 1 - I probably should have clarified looking for an all bright aluminum set - hope I didn't waste too much of your time Tomahawk - thanks again.

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

how does $40 shipped sound?

heres a couple more pics
minor scuff and the gasket has shrunk and a tiny blemish on the mirror. Good drivers and possibly buff them out replace the gasket and could me better than drivers.

I couldn't PM the pics so I'll post them here. They are basically new. Some rust on the bolts that hold the legs together.

I actually have them all listed on the classified ads, but I'm asking $20 a set plus shipping. I'd guess it'd be around $10 - $15 shipping via UPS ground. Shoot me a PM if you are interested so we don't hijack the thread here!

Re: WTB: Mirrors (as shown in these pics)

I have a set I pulled of my 72 highlander. I am going to put the small sport mirrors on my build. I will take a pic tomorrow for you. They are the bright aluminum and if I remember I would say an 8.5 to a close 9 out of 10.
They are the mirrors on the truck in my sig.

Not sure about shipping form Canada to California though for $$ might kill it for you.
