1972 Tach Question
Hi all, have a factory tach for my 1972 project. Looking on the backside of the tach, other it saying 12V there are no other markings on it. Am guessing they were wiped off at some point. Is there a way to tell it is a 6 or 8 cylinder tach? If I plug it up to a HEI, would the movement tell me it is a 8 cylinder or not?
Thanks Eddie |

Re: 1972 Tach Question
Hook it up, report back. At idle, in gear, it should be under 700 RPM.
