Static drop or bags? Opinions?
I've been looking at lowering my '65 about 5-6". Either gonna go with the CPP static kit or their air kit. If possible could someone post pics of their truck lowered about 6"? I'd like to hear what everyone thinks about both products. Thanks.

Re: Static drop or bags? Opinions?
here is mine at 3,5/5 with a static drop (Before and After)
I am at this point not interested (financially -3 teenagers in the house) in an air kit (bags), I like the simplistic design and lack of maintenance required with the static. Have ridden in a few bagged vehicles and must say the ride is good, but for the price and wow factor, at least for me it doesnt compute. this is just my .02 worth. I applaud those that have the time and money to purchase and maintain an air system.

I wanted a specific stance, kinda ol'school hotrod/muscle car (a bit raked) not level, slammed or nose high. I am in the process of going to a Short Fleet, its apart in the sanding and primer phase. PM sent

I like the drop alot, Im with you. I dont have the time to mess with an air kit all the time, Im thinkin a 3/5 drop, its my daily driver so I want to keep it simple.

Personally I prefer air. This is the first air suspension I built and it is just phenominal! The ride can't even compare to a brand new Cadoo! But that's just me.

Re: Static drop or bags? Opinions?
fugg it, just heat the springs. All you need is a torch and its a free drop.
