Objective Completed

Well, back in January of this year, I started the body and paint on this beast. I was determined to have the exterior completed before the end of Spring. Well, it is done. Now on to the interior. Hope to be completed by the end of Summer......

Here are some before and after pics......

The wheels look awesome Steve!. You cut Ollie's nose off in that one pic You gotta get him to pose in front of the truck. Did you ever get the kickdown adjusted properly?

A very nice and clean truck. Glad you set a goal and achieved it. Good luck with the next step.

Re: Objective Completed

Hood and tailgate fit good. They are Goodmark parts. Jim, I'm not too worried about the passing gear for now. I'll be going to a 700R in the fall. I still have to put on the lower trim mouldings on the front of the fenders. I forgot to install them before putting the bumper on. Now, I have to take it back off. Oh well, the fun of the hobby......

Re: Objective Completed

The pipes coming off the side are not that loud. I'm using Hedmen Header turbo mufflers w/2 1/4" pipes. When they were glass packs, they were obnoxiously loud.

The color of the paint is Kirker's "Bright Aqua Pearl" urethane.
