Cowl fender help

Does the cowl go on first and then the two front fenders or is it the reverse....Fenders first and then the cowl???

Help.....my painter who was supposed to put this back together is a flake!!!

I'm not sure there is a correct order.The cowl on my truck can be taken off and put on without touching the fenders.Some of it will depend on alignment.You may have to shim the fenders again after installing the cowl.

Two fenders bolts are hidden under the wiper cowl so fenders go on first, then cowl.
