700r lock up plug

Hi,

So I'm digging deeper into my truck, haven't really driven it other than around the block, but it's finally drivable even though it will be a while before I really drive it.

Anyway, after crawling around underneath to fix a small leak, I noticed that my trans is missing the plug and assembly for the 4th gear lock up feature. Anyone know if I can fabricate one/where I can get one and how to hook it up?
