how crazy should I get
I am restoring a 70 pickup and I have to decide what to do for seating.I have a stock bench newly covered in a 72 pattern.Should I get a 70 cover or leave it.The truck will be like 95% stock.I also have a set of mint buckets and console but I need a third seat for my daughter. So what do you think?

Re: how crazy should I get
Are they stock buckets? If so they sure are more comfortable that a bench seat if you drive it alot. On the bench seat I would just leave the 72 covers on, it wont make much difference value wise and you could always change it later.

Re: how crazy should I get
I would use the stock bench with the '72 cover. Those '72 vinyl covers had the neat old scroll pattern, and only the nosiest librarians will notice it is a 72 cover and not a '70. Bench seats are cool because you can carry two passengers comfortably and they look just right in an old truck. I say run the bench in your truck, save the buckets for a blazer or burb.
