Tag question
I went to register the truck today and I wanted to get an "Antique Tag" for the truck but when I looked at them they suck, they are baby blue with a darker blue. I don't think I want this color. Does anybody know where to by the tags from the year of your vehical? I used to have a 65 Chevy Panel and my buddy picked me up a 1965 Florida plate in mint condition at a show, well I never put the tag on and still have it but would like to get a 72 and see if the state will register it. I think they will. Anyone know where to get these plates?

Look on ebay--I got a brand new Kansas plate from '71 for a fair price. Lots of plates for sale.

I was told that the vehicle had to be a 55 or older and the plate had to the the one the car had registered to it in that year in order to use now. Kind of rules it out for me. Hopefully for you I was told wrong or your state will have different rules

We can do this in Texas I don't know about the rules in Florida The plates here have to be Year of Manufacture. Here we have to have two plates front and back except for dealer plates. We also have a bunch of different ones for each year Truck, Farm Truck, Car etc. Here is a link to some cool Florida plates: Ebay auction
