For sure a factory and dealer installed option available. Power windows/locks weren't available to mid 70s in trucks I believe.

Re: Sounds false to me, wonder what you think or know
My Dad's 1970 C/10 has factory installed cruise control. Says it on the SPID. My 1972 GMC 1500 Super Custom has dealer installed cruise control. Doesn't say it on the SPID, but says it on the original order sheet from the dealer that sold it. Both trucks still have the cruise control still installed.

Yes cruise was a factory option, and no you couldn't get power windows or locks.
