bracket questions.

Can anyone tell me what #1,#2 & #3 are? I think they are stockers from my 396 but I cant tell or remember. I dont even know what #1 is & #2 has a piece cut off of it. I know the lower right is the upper alternator bracket & the pump/res is my old stock pump. The lower pullies are a two piece set. Mostly confused about the numbered ones. Thanks...

Re: bracket questions.

#1 looks like a small block PS pump bracket because of the bracket to block hole spacing. #2 looks like an AC bracket for a big block, #3 I can't tell, what is the hole size? The upper alternator bracket is off of a full size 66 Cheverolet, from the looks of it.

Re: bracket questions.

Thats making some sense now. I did take a small block pump apart a while back & the AC was gone on the truck. What hole size are you talking about on the pullies? The center hole? The alternator bracket is the factory 396 top bracket from my 69. I changed it all over to a long water pump so Ive been mixing & matching to get it all done. Too many pieces laying around here now to remember what is what. Thanks...

Re: bracket questions.

Corn, if those pulleys are from the big block and your not going to use them, I would be interested. Also the alt bracket.

Re: bracket questions.

The big block pulley that I have has a 2 1/8" hole. So I am not sure of what you have.
