Has anyone used the repop 67 GMC Grill I am having a hell of a time getting the bottom to set flush as well as the headlights to line up as well. Any one have any tricks to make it work.

Re: 67 GMC grill fitment help

Sorry, can't help you too much. I didn't have much of an issue with the headlights lining up, though it was tough to get the headlight doors on straiht. I wish they had not bothered punching holes in the grille for the door screws, I could have done a much better job lining them up myself. My grille lined up pretty good with the front edges of the fenders behind the bumper, but the sides kind of tapered away from the fronts of the fenders. When it was all together you couldn't notice it much anyway.

Re: 67 GMC grill fitment help

x2 what Bob said. I struggled to get my 71 repop to fit properly and to get the headlight buckets to mount correctly. Then my punk body man slotted here and drilled there, next thing I knew it looked perfect. Have patience and faith.
