L99 into 62 C20
Mid way through the engine phase of this truck project. I picked up 6.2L (L99) with auto trans from a 2010 Camaro.
Last couple of months were spent installing / aligning the driveshaft. Had to convert from a 1 piece DS to a 2 pcs. Now I am making room for the exhaust manifolds, AC compressor and alternator (frame needs a little massaging). Attached are pictures of the notches for the exhaust and the hole for the alt. Still need to box in the alt hole and cut a notch for the AC comp. |
