WTB: Deluxe side markers
Looking for a really, really, really nice set of OEM deluxe side markers for a 72. Front and rear, no fading, no cracks.....is it possible? Maybe

Maybe PM pete (DeadheadNM) I think he has a NOS set. He is in MT too.

Re: WTB: Deluxe side makers
Hey! I have a spare set of NOS that for now I'm hoarding for a possible future build. I do have a complete repro set to part with if interested but one of the stainless trim rings is missing. In the last two weeks I was able to cobble together a set of NOS marker lenses that went on my Blazer. These are all but gone now from dealer inventory but your local Chevy dealer would be able to a parts search for you (p/n's 911311 and 911310) if you want to go that route. Also, Dan's Obsolete Parts in Chinook, MT probably has these as well as other NOS lenses. Good luck!

Re: WTB: Deluxe side makers
While your waiting for nice OEM or NOS you might try "OER" brand from Classic Industries. They are way better than your average repop and are GM licensed restoration parts, and about $15 each.
Like Deadhead, I have a few sets from GM that I'm saving for future builds. Seems like it was just a few years ago they were about $22 each at my local Chevy dealership, not anymore.

Re: WTB: Deluxe side makers
If the pieces can be located, and no GM dealership had all 4 in stock (I had lenses sent from 3 locations), with shipping you're probably going to spend about $200 and some change for a complete set now - if you find a set for less than that it's a good deal IMO.

Re: WTB: Deluxe side makers
Thanks. So, if those OER lenses from Classic are pretty good, I may go that route. I might be interested in a NOS set too if the price were good.
