Re: Not my style
I kinda like the rat rod thing, but I'm not really digging the checkered flag roof and the awkwardly placed pin stripping. I gotta say though, she's a lot nicer than the RustBucket!

Re: Not my style
I always wonder what the next generation of truck enthusiast will think when they come across all these old "rat rod" creations... they'll be the one's having to undo all of that stuff... Kinda like shag carpet, bubble windows, wire wheels, and all the other stuff that used to be cool back before my time that we rip out today!

I like the eye lids (lacking the technical term here) - anyone know where I can get a set of those?

Re: Not my style
I actually like it a lot. My biggest gripe with trucks styled like this is that a lot of guys will do lazy shoddy work and label it as a rat rod and call it a day. This one looks well well done, so like the style or not, you have to appreciate the work that the owner did.
I do wonder how much of a pain that exhaust is though; the placement makes me think the cab would get a constant influx of exhaust gases. It's certainly an intriguing placement either way, just needs a little more finishing.

Re: Not my style
Hey buddy, everyone is looking at you because your fly is down and your junk is hanging out. Not because your truck is cool.

Re: Not my style
yeah, not my style either, but he probably thinks the sun rises and sets on that thing.
That's what's great about these trucks. Whatever you do to them - if it's good enough for you then that's good enough. You couldn't give it to me though
