Headers! 72 350/700r

Hi guys, Im looking at buying some 1 5/8" headers for my sbc with 700r truck

I am looking at the Jeggs product #555-300111. They dont say if they clear the 700R tranny [col shift] though

Any help on what headers fit and clear the best for a SBC in a 72 C10? P/S A/C

cheers Dave

These are what I'm running. Hedman Midlengths 69010. I'm on bags w/700r4 and no clearance issues.

Yeah our 69010 and 69020 have no transmission clearance issues have have a lot of ground clearance. Not too bad to install either as opposed to full length headers. The mid-length will also give you a little more bottom end power when compared to a full length header. All my vehicles grind pavement so everything I have is mid-length.
