NO LIMIT ENGINEERING in San Bernardino California offer a kit for a little over $400. ( nolimit.net ) is their website and there's an interesting article about it.

I would just buy the glass the size needed, and just fab up the rest. It isn't that hard to do if you have some skills. You can also add power regulators if you like.
