GMC Pauls

Man....with all this coronavirus going on, GMC Pauls continues to come through.

At first, I was skeptical due to the fact that they only communicate through email. But after working with them, they have more than proven themselves.

More often than not, my emails are responded to within just a few minutes!

Their customer service is second to none! Which we all know is very rare these days.

I hope others have experienced the same as I do from GMC Pauls!

Re: GMC Pauls

I've had the same experience. Super responsive and great follow through. They have been my go to!

I also recieved a Brothers order today, which look like they had drop shipped from LMC truck. There was an LMC truck box inside the Brothers box with the actual product in it. On the one hand that seems wierd...on the other hand it was great to see Brothers go to any lengths to get me my product. Reminded me of old stories of Nordstrom running to other stores to buy a product for a customer.

Re: GMC Pauls

I purchased a 69-72 steering wheel from them a while back. It arrived in a brothers trucks box. It’s the same wheel but gmc Paul’s has it listed cheaper. If I ever need another I’ll buy it through gmc pauls for the extra savings.

Re: GMC Pauls

I agree... of all the different 67-72 retailers I've ordered from, I like GMC Pauls the best. My orders arrive very quickly and are packaged well. I'm sure that living in the same state is helpful for shipping speed. I've also had quick response times to questions via email. Only complaint is their variety of products is less than some of the other companies, and they wouldn't let me pick up a part at their facility to avoid shipping charges on an over size item. Overall, I would highly recommend GMC Pauls.

Re: GMC Pauls

I would also recommend Cooper Restorations in Marion Indiana. Another retailer of 67-72 truck parts. Very good service and pricing.

Just ordered parts from them the other day. Got them immediately 2 days later and I am in Oregon.

Wanna tell me the old school America Way is gone? I highly doubt it.

OUTSTANDING, Well Done Amber and Sky!

Unfortunately, it seems to take a bit over a week to get to me here in Northern California. No fault of theirs as they ship right away and send me the tracking number too!

Re: GMC Pauls

GMC Pauls does great with what they have comitted to. I use them the most out of the other vendors. I wish that they had a search function on their website and "in stock" info, but they make up for these shortcomings by being there when you need them.

I have actually grown to like the simplicity that they have commited to and can't say that I blame them for not having a phone number since they respond so well via email. Most customer service people you get on the phone from the big fancy vendors appear to hate their job anyway...can't say I would like it either.

Keep up the good parts service GMCPauls!

I’ll jump in and also vouch for GMC Paul’s. Always a good product and great service. I’ve been buying from them for years.

Re: GMC Pauls

Funny after hearing all the good stories about them, I decided to give them a try. I’ve reached out to them twice looking for a price quote, once by email and once by pm and have yet to receive anything in return. I’ll give it another day or two. I’ve used Mel in the past for the parts that I need to be correct and high quality. I suppose I may have to continue to do so.

Thanks everyone we appreciate the kind words!! Dad's given us 1 main guideline
treat every order and email as if its our order or email we are servicing or as though its a family member that is the customer.

Re: GMC Pauls

Thanks, we are doing everything we can to keep stock available and get orders shipped within 24 hours on anything shipping from our Indiana warehouse. It's been made REALLY DIFFICULT to do though as we have suppliers that are taking 30-45 days to ship stocking orders, others are even taking 7-14 days to even acknowledge a new stocking order then take another 15-30 days to ship them. Normal suppliers running out of stock and then having to find other suppliers with the same parts by same manufacturer so we can continue to keep the parts in stock even though it's costing us more through the some of the new suppliers. So it's been a real sourcing nightmare to keep almost everything available that we have to offer. I'm amazed at some of the lengths dad's gone to in order to do this. So between dad's keeping inventory rolling in consistently ( while still adding new products during all of this ), we've added several extra hands to help with shipping and everyone is working overtime daily. Thus we've been able to keep back orders to minimums and ship times normal on almost all orders. We most definitely appreciate positive feedback though and I'll be sure everyone know's what we've been doing to keep everyone orders flowing is appreciated.
Take care guys and I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

It's a great thing to have vendors stay in touch with us through these forums.

Re: GMC Pauls

Agreed.
GMC Paul are my first go-to.
If they don't have something, I dread going to look elsewhere.
I wish they had a Search on their site, but I will gladly take the minor inconvenience to keep the customer service.
Thanks Paul Jr. and family!
