396 BB complete with Turbo 400 from my '69 CST Longhorn
Just removed from a '69 Chevrolet CST C20 Longhorn, 396 complete with accessories and brackets including a/c compressor along with the original turbo 400. Truck had not been driven regularly since '03 and I did not get my hands on it until the motor and trans had been removed. Just fired and ran the motor outside of the truck and runs good, with a little lifter noise and exhaust leaks due to header gasket deterioration. Sounds strong and solid even idles pretty good! Transmission in unknown condition, see a couple damaged teeth on the flywheel, have not opened but did have good clean trans fluid. Wanting to sell as a package and maybe more parts to come from this truck... Shipping any distance is probably cost prohibitive..so local is probably best. Better pictures coming soon..

Just out of curiosity, are you going to be parting the whole truck out?

Re: 396 BB complete with Turbo 400 from my '69 CST Longhorn
Just pulled the emblems and wiped them down, one side shows a little more pitting than the other...but think they would polish up real nice! Or great for a DD as is. As quoted in the mirror pics post, I would do 50.00 delivered on mirrors and emblems if you are so inclined.
