Need opinions please

I'm working on my gauge cluster but have ran into a wall.... Do I leave the rings blue or paint the ring on the gauge itself blue and paint the rings white??

Re: Need opinions please

When you say paint the "gauge itself" blue, do you mean the tin behind the plastic lens?

Re: Need opinions please

Ya just the ring above the gauge. Like where the ( empty. Fuel. Full) are written and the numbers on the speedometer part

Re: Need opinions please

I think you should just keep it where you got it. It might get a little weird if you tried to paint the tin. What would you do for the temp, amp, oil etc...

Same thing. Outer tin. My problem is I have others taping for me ant they aren't as precise lol. So I'm finding it hard how to tape things off to touch up what's messed up at the moment
