Would anyone recommend a seal from their install experience please.

First, a belated Welcome to the forum?

Instead of buying new, a lot guys get the weatherstrip from an 86-96 Dodge Dakota from a salvage yard. It's push-on vs. glue-on seems to work pretty well.

I just put a new set in last week and was very happy with the set from Metro Molded Parts. I had purchased another set prior and they fit very poorly, had to really slam the door to get them to shut. I put the ones from Metro on and again, I am very satisfied, great fit. I know that Brothers and LMC now have a set that don't require any sealant, they just clip/slide on. I was curious about them and how they would fit, might be worth it to try them. Personal preference I guess. Good luck!

the new push on type are made by PRECISION. most major suppliers have them now.
