Reg cab short bed duramax conversion
I've been thinking about this truck for a while I seen other conversions But I think I can do better It's going to be a slow build I'll keep you posted

I like this idea! Keep us posted on the progress and would imagine this would be a very fast truck when done, even with a stock duramax engine.

A buddy that rebuilds alot of late model GM trucks done a Duramax / Allison swap into a regular cab shorty 1/2 ton truck by doing a 2" body lift. After it was done you would be hard pressed to say it wasn't factory! I should have snapped a few pics before he sold it.
