As you can see by the pictures I have major work to do on my '72 truck cab. I will be replacing large sections of the floor pan (especially around the rocker edges on both sides), front cab supports, cab corners, inner and outer rockers on both sides and possibly one front pillar. My question is about bracing. I have read enough here to know that it needs to be done with this amount of cutting and welding. Should I do some form of "X" bracing to keep the cab from flexing when I start the work? Does it make sense to do the floor repairs before cutting the outer rockers, etc?
