where does factory fuel vent go?
I have an under bed tank and I am planning on buying a new bed floor. I can not justify cutting the new seals to make room for the blazer tank as well as the extra work needed to make filler etc. I have decided to go back factory and sale my blazer tank setup. One thing I have been wondering about this week is where does the vent tubes go on the passenger side of tank? I see them running up into cab pillars, but no idea where it goes and how they actually vent anything since the cab is enclosed.

Re: where does factory fuel vent go?
there is a high loop in the door pillar then the hose went down thru floor foward to the charcoal cannisters that connect to carb// i've always just run that tube back along frame rail a few feet in back of the cab for the vent needed for proper operation of the tanks on 71&72 trucks

Re: where does factory fuel vent go?
That would not cause fuel fumes to be in truck if it does not exit? Also thanks for the much needed response cd.
